Join me for a hour long delicious vinyasa flow. We will journey through breathing practices, a dynamic hip opening flow whilst breaking down some foundational postures and sequencing so if you’re new to yoga this class will be perfect for you. Moving from a dynamic flow to a few relaxing yin postures to leave you feeling super blissed out.
This is a free event but spaces are limited. Make sure you arrive early to get your space.
