Okay, so u ready to make things “happen”?

I put happen in quotes because things usually do not just happen.

You cultivate them.

You water them.

You grow them.

& like I said yesterday, if you’re really intense about it, you map out a strategic, calculated future. I did this last year & I truly believe it’s helped lay the foundation. Obviously I have a very long way to go but everything that’s “happened” in my business & life has been mapped out- backwards & forwards.

SO let’s get to it:

Grab a piece of paper and your pink ball point pen and let’s get to business:

1. MINDMAP

Ok so the concept sounds super simple but it actually requires absolute CLARITY. Clarity is key. What works best for me is the below; like actually writing it down & seeing exactly what areas of your life mean to you.

Ask yourself;
• What is ideal in my health/personal life/career?
• What does health/personal/career mean to me?
• What words come up when you think of each area?

2. WHAT DO YOU WANT

Let’s dig deep with this. Everything we put forward, we attract. Basically things, circumstances, & feelings are brought to reality. FYI manifestation happens regardless if you’re consciously doing it or not. Example; feelings. Whatever we feel seeps through to the surface. If there’s shame, guilt, or fear, it vibrates at a lower frequency. When we display love, relaxation, & acceptance, our vibe attracts a high energy. That’s why it’s so major to know exactly what you want and consciously work on uplifting your frequency.

As you know, focus goes where energy glows! So please;

-Draw a circle
-Write what you want from life in your circle
-Write what you don’t want outside of the circle *all things health, career, contribution, family &relationships related

4. WHO ARE YOU IN TEN YEARS

5. YOUR TEN-YEAR VISION

There is no right or wrong way to do this. & you can get real creative here. Write an acceptance speech, a story to tell your kids, a TED TALK maybe? Anything that gets you going.
I’m all about lists. I write the facts. What I want to create. My goals. Basically the life I want to live.
Spend some time on this one. Look at the above and let your life juices pour out of you.

TIPS:
• know that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
• your greatest ambition is there waiting for you
• you should be excited and nervous reading it
• ALSO it’s not what other people want for you.. It is what you want for you
P.S it can be changed by you at any time, it’s yours xo

6. YOUR GOALS & HOW YOU’RE GUNNA GET EM!

CONGRATZ on writing you vision.

Now it’s time to break down each goal.

I like to start with 3-month goals, then 1-year goals, 3-year goals and 10-year goals. Most of them will align. So if you start rinsing and repeating daily habits to help you achieve your 3-month goals, then you’ve built the foundations for your 3-years goals.

Then HOW you’re going to get there. Write at least three ways to help you achieve your vision.

EXAMPLE:
I will build a social media platform that is a dependable reliable source for your wellbeing.
To get my goal I will;
• Frequently post photo’s and stories that teach you how to love yourself and find peace within so you can radiate outwards
• Offer regular live meditations/yoga practices
• Share tips, tricks and life hacks that I find along the way
• Connect with like minded people, that want to be the best version of themselves
• Inspire, encourage and show up every day as vulnerable, transparent and real!

And if you want to get really specific add time specifics. Consistency is key after all.

• POST PHOTO every Monday, Wednesday & Sunday @ 6pm
• POST A BUNDLE OF STORIES from 3pm onwards
• LIVE VIDEOS – SUNDAY @ 3pm
• CONNECT & RESPOND 8pm-9pm EVERYDAY

By writing you goals down and sharing them you your increase the likelihood of achieving them by 65%. That’s why I like to write everything out, and then stick it on my mirror- it sets the tone of my day & keeps me focused. Baby steps in the right direction. Chip away. Practice makes perfect. Rinse & repeat darling.
