Hello, hello! I’m back from our Renew You Retreat.
Holding space for people makes me shine from the inside out. Seventeen sacred souls investing in time to nourish their mind body & soul – is special beyond belief. God, I’m so proud & happy to help facilitate this – I’m still on a high about the whole thing, you know those moments when love just hits you hard and you just can’t stop smiling? That’s me right now. SO. MUCH. LOVE.
For those of you who wanted to come but didn’t get the chance too: WE MISSED YOU. But don’t worry, if you’re in need of a little reset but don’t quite have the luxury of time, here are my favourite bits to bring your mind & body TLC.
Jade roller is a classic tool that should be in everyone’s toolkit. There’s something ever so soothing about using this tool. For me, this is best used in the morning to reduce puffiness and drain the extra fluid in your face after sleeping. I feel like it sets the tone for the day, it’s like saying ‘ OK YOU’RE READY TO WAKE UP & GO SMASH YOUR DREAMS NOW’. Also, if you’re into energy, Jade stone is also known for healing whilst supporting abundance (!!!)
As you know, I swear by Lumene. Vegan, natural, Nordic AND it has hyaluronic acid and minerals so it allows a slow release of moisture over the hours that you’re asleep. YOU MUST TRY this & your Jade roller together. Match made is dreamy skin heaven.
Magnesium is crucial for helping me to wind down & renew energies.
The major perk of this nutrient is its ability to relax muscle (so needed after HHYS). And fast forward to the morning-after magnesium…& well, uh…let’s just say you definitely feel healthy &…reallll light.
Also according to the National Institutes of Health “magnesium is needed for more than 300 chemical reactions in the body, including keeping the heart rhythm steady, regulating blood sugar levels, and helping lower blood pressure. Some research also suggests that a higher magnesium intake can reduce the risk of colon cancer, and many studies have shown that magnesium may help treat such conditions as osteoporosis, PMS, migraines, depression, and more.”
I feel like every single protein post on IG or blogs these days are sponsored so I decided to throw a little curveball here & talk about a protein powder that I just REALLY love: Supernova. I feel that if there were a Tinder for protein powders, I successfully swiped right on my soulmate. I’m such a fan, mainly because they have the very best ingredients (I FEEL LIKE EVERY OTHER PROTEIN IS TRYING TO SNEAK STUFF IN IT. Anyone else? ).This one is straight forward with nothing to hide, yet everything to give: it’s muscle food, brain food and gut food- ticking the TLC box!
Moving right along, I recently tried these protein bars & I LOVED them. So much so that I reached out to the owner and asked her to gift some for our retreat. Purpose is committed to high-quality amazing ingredients. I LOVE their cocoa bars (chocolate fix). Also NOTHING artificial: this is IMPORTANT !! Ingredients? Simple: dates, almonds, pea protein isolate, chicory root fibre (I love the right kind of fibre), gluten free oats, vanilla extract & sea salt.
It does NOT taste blandy boring like most others, guys. It tastes…well, actually delicious.
So yeah, I’m loving all three flavours.
KOMBUCHA ARE FULL OF PROBIOTICS. Probiotics are good bacterias…basically “probiotics are microorganisms that offer some form of health benefit to the host – they can be found in various different foods. Probiotics are believed to play very important roles in regulating proper intestinal function and digestion— by balancing intestinal microflora”.
Recently I’ve been introduced to Sodada & I really like their ginger + elderflower flavour. Sometimes kombucha can be over powering. But these guys have got the perfect balance between bitter and sweet – kinda like a martini! More pros?
2.} Joint care.

7.} The tea is vegan, gluten-free, & contains no GMO’s.
